To reserve an appointment with us, we must have a credit card on file. We won’t charge your card at booking, but we may charge it for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. If we do not receive 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be given a one-time courtesy for a late cancellation. After a second last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If you miss an appointment without canceling beforehand, we will charge the card on file the full price of the scheduled service. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Please call if you’re running behind. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may require rescheduling so we can give you the time and attention your service deserves.

To maintain a calm, comfortable environment, we ask that children stay home during your appointment. If you’d like another adult to join you, let us know when booking so our team can plan accordingly.

If you’re sick or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule. Situations that fall outside our standard cancellation policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Completed services are final and nonrefundable. If you have concerns about your experience or results, please contact our team. Clients can return unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Clients must use promotional pricing by the stated expiration date and cannot be combined with other offers. Contact our team before booking if you have questions about the terms of a current promotion.
